Cookie Policy
This document explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on this Website, what they are for, and how you can manage your consent.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They are used, for example, to remember preferences, keep the connection secure or understand how the site is used. In this policy, the term "cookies" also includes similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage).
2. Cookie categories we may use
- Necessary — essential for the Website to function and stay secure. Without them, the site does not work properly, so they cannot be disabled.
- Preferences — remember your choices (such as language) for a more personalised experience.
- Statistics — help understand, anonymously and in aggregate, how visitors use the Website.
- Marketing — allow relevant content or advertising to be shown on other platforms.
Cookies in each category are only activated with your consent, except Necessary ones, which are based on the legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure Website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and Law no. 41/2004, which transposes the ePrivacy Directive).
3. Cookies and technologies used on this Website

| bs_cookie_consent | Necessary (first-party) | Stores your cookie preference choices | 12 months |
| bs_site_lang | Preferences (sessionStorage) | Remembers the selected language during the visit | Session |
| site-visited | Necessary (sessionStorage) | Avoids repeating entry animations in the same session | Session |
| __cf_bm | Necessary (Cloudflare) | Protection against bots and malicious traffic | 30 minutes |
| cf_clearance | Necessary (Cloudflare) | Proves completion of the security challenge | 15 min – 1 year |
Note: this Website currently does not use Statistics or Marketing cookies. If this changes, those cookies will only be activated if you accept them in your preferences, and this table will be updated.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare — provides security and performance to the Website (bot protection and distribution network), and may set the strictly necessary cookies listed in the table above.
- Google Fonts — used to load the pages' typefaces. It does not set cookies, but, like any request to an external server, it involves transmitting your IP address to Google when the page loads.
5. How to manage your consent
On your first visit, a cookie notice is shown where you can accept all, continue with necessary cookies only, or configure your preferences by category. Your choice is stored for 12 months.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time:
