How long does it take to get a reply?
I reply to all requests within 48 business hours, but in most cases the reply arrives much sooner, especially via WhatsApp.
I'm not sure which option to choose in the form — what now?
Choose the one closest to what you need and explain the rest in the message. If the request covers more than one area, I'll organise that with you in my reply.
Do I need to have a budget defined to ask for a Website or a Campaign?
No. Many requests arrive without defined budgets, and part of my job is helping you understand what makes sense to invest in, according to your goals.
Is the Free Audit really free and commitment-free?
Yes. You receive an honest analysis of your Website, with no obligation whatsoever to move forward with a project with me afterwards.
Do you only work with clients in Portugal?
No. I work with clients in Portugal, the United Kingdom and any other country — the whole process is done remotely, by email, message or call.
Can I request more than one service at the same time?
Of course. It is very common to combine, for example, a Website creation with the visual identity or with social media management. Choose the main option in the form and explain the rest in the message.
What information should I send for an Audit request?
The most important thing is the link to your current Website and your contact details. If you like, you can also mention what you feel is not working well, but it is not mandatory — the analysis will already include it.
After sending the form, what should I expect?
You will receive a confirmation that the message arrived. From there, I'll get in touch through your preferred channel, with an initial reply or with a few questions to better understand your project.
